The e Samsung Nexus Prime spies were out again and were going to release leaked firmware Samsung's attorney's tried to stop the release with a warning letter unwittingly letting the secret out that Samsung is making the Nexus Prime (full text of letter appears at the end of this).
The warning letter confirms that Samsung will be making the Nexus Prime.
Yesterday we learned that Verizon would not be offering the Samsung Galaxy S II, maybe they are intending to replace it with either the Samsung Nexus Prime or the Samsung Stratosphere
The Nexus series of smartphones are "pure Google experience" with faster updates and less bloatware.
There are many rumors about the Nexus Prime one of which is that it have an October release date from Verizon Wireless.
At one point, it looked like Google was considering different manufacturers for the Nexus Prime.
The Samsung Nexus Prime is expected to be the first smartphone to run Android Ice Cream Sandwich and have 4.5" HD(1280x720) Super AMOLED HD + touchscreen, dual-core processor, WiFi, Bluetooth, and more.
It may have 1GB of
RAM, 1080p HD video capture and playback, a front-facing
camera, and a 5-megapixel rear camera. It supposedly will be without hard buttons for navigation.
These specs are slightly more powerful than the Samsung Galaxy S II that has a 1.22GHz
Samsung Exynos 4210 dual-core processor.
