T-Mobile stores in 13 states (in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana,
Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Texas, Utah and Washington) are giving away phones.
The first 49 new, two-year activations on any of T-Mobile's new qualifying Value plans at one of the select store locations come with a free Samsung Exhibit 4G or T-Mobile Sidekick 4G.
