There was hope that the LG Thrill 4G would be released on August 21. However, a leaked screenshot that appeared today shows the new release date for the LG Thrill 4G to be Sunday, September 4.
The screenshot from RadioShack says "we have just been informed by AT&T that the LG Thrill 4G be delayed until Sunday, September 4.
Due to this development, RadioShack has ended taking preorders for the LG Thrill 4G effective immediately.
Employees were instructed to contact customers have made a preorder in your store and let them know the handset has been delayed. Preorder customers will have a handset reserved for them to pick up as soon as stock arrives.
Previously, AT&T said that it release the LG Thrill 4G in the summer. Promotion events such as a live Jane's Addiction concert recorded in 3D.
it looks like this summer and fall will mark the most delayed
release dates of of all time in smartphone land including the Droid
Bionic, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy SII, but not BlackBerry. Verizon did
even preannounce its BlackBerry models they found a used release on the
day that the BlackBerry Bold 9930 when on sale online.
Increasingly carriers are forgoing announcing release dates at all. LG Thrill 4G
also allows you to record 3D photos and videos with
5-megapixel dual-cameras with added video stabilization technology that
will correct any shaking during recording.

The LG Thrill 4G will cost $99 with a contract from from AT&T. RadioShack preorders were for $79.99.
