The late night super smartphone jump on presales will not be available for the new Droid RAZR. Instead presales will start at 8:00am EST tomorrow at Verizon Wireless online.
It will cost $299 with a contract. It is good news because we don't have release dates for other new smartphone expected from Verizon Wireless such as the Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Prime) or HTC Rezound (Vigor).
Verizon has promised that Droid RAZR smartphones will ship no later than Thursday, November 10. There is no official word, yet on if customers will be able to buy Droid RAZR smartphones in Verizon stores on that day, which may also be the release date for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus or HTC Rezound.
Previous major Droid releases sold-out within a few days of release dates. To promote 4G LTE superfast data access NFL Mobile is included at no additional charge for 4G LTE customers for the remainder of the 2011 season

I got the email to preorder the razr and went onto verizonwirless.com to chat with a sales associate to see when the phone would ship and they told me they didn’t know… what the heck is that?
