Droid RAZR Sold-Out (Not): Back-in-Stock for Now

There were reports that the Droid RAZR  was temporarily out of stock on its very first day of  presale at Verizon Wireless online.  We we checked with two  ZIP codes and had no trouble ordering a Droid RAZR.  At one point, the Verizon Website was a little slow but came back quickly.

On the Verizon website it shows it will ship by November 10 which has been promised since the original announcement.

We have received an eamil from Verizon spokesman Albert Aydin which says, " There was a temporary error on our website and was resolved earlier today. "

We called our local Verizon store and they are taking preorders for the Droid RAZR and are not able to verify when orders would arrive.

We suspected, yesterday, that the Droid RAZR may sell out.   Right now the Droid RAZR is one of the most popular dual-core smartphones on the Verizon Wireless network.  Inn the past when Verizon introduced new Droid smartphones they did sell out quickly, if demand continues, we suspect you may have to wait a week or so after November 10 for your Droid  RAZR.

Later today, we will be compiling, the first looks of the Droid RAZR to help you decide is you would like to preorder one.
