To apologize for its BlackBerry server outage, RIM is not playing games, its offering $100 in premium apps/games for free as well as a month of free tech support for enterprise customers.
The gifts are "an expression of appreciation for their patience during the recent service disruptions."
RIM’s enterprise customers can get a month free extension of Technical Support, while new customers can get a one-month technical support trial membership.
There were problems for 3 days in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa, 1.5 days in Latin America and Canada, and 1 day in the United States. As of Thursday, October 13, service levels returned to normal.< The following games will be available in the coming weeks and until 12/31 are::
