AT&T starts selling Samsung Galaxy S II, today and Amazon Wireless has already discounted the price to $149.99 for new and renewing customers. As of this morning, the Samsung Galaxy S II was in stock and ships within 24 hours. Amazon Wireless generally runs out of stock on new releases quickly.
The Samsung Galaxy S II has a 4.3" Super AMOLED touchscreen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor which is currently the fastest on the AT&T network. Other features include HDMI out, 8MP camera, front-facing camera, 16GB storage onboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1650mAh batter and microSD slot.

The price of $199 makes it a C-note more costly than the LG Thrill 4G that has 1GHz dual-core processor and 3D 4.3" touchscreen. The Samsung Galaxy S II has a faster processor than the Droid Bionic and better benchmark scores.
