There were new leaked HTC superphone details disclosed recently, for the HTC Zeta, HTC Ville and HTC Edge that are expected to launch with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
It looks like the Zeta is at the end of its life already from rumorVILLE while the HTC Ville and HTC Edge are edged to be ready for release next year with super specs and thinness.
Currently the top HTC superphones are the HTC Vivid and HTC Rezoud, the next generation will go from dual-core to quad-core.
The HTC Ville is reportedly thinner than an iPhone with a 4.3" super AMOLED Touchscreen, And HTC Sense 4.0, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8MP camera, HSPA+ network, and 1650mAh battery, expect to launch in April 2012 and be revealed at Mobile World Congress and be less than 8mm thick.
The HTC Edge is expected to have a quad-core 1.5GHz NVIDIA processor and expected to be super-thin too (8.8mm). Other features include 4.7" HD S-LCD touchscreen, HD video recoreding, front-facing camera, Beats Audio, Bluetooth 4.0, 1800mAh batter and NFC. To make it thin it will lack a microSD card slot.
The leader of the rumor speed pack is the HTC Zeta with a supposed 2.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4.5" touchscreen, 32GB onboard, 1830mAh battery, Beats audio, 8MP camera, Sense UI and front camera. It is 9.8mm thick. Which after much discourse was reported concept phone of the future. Meanwhile websites have posted its specs and noted "Not Officially Announced."
