- The first LTE devices coming from U.S. Cellular will be a smartphone and tablet.
- Verizon confirmed that CEO Lowell McAdam will take Ivan Seidenberg's place as Chairman on December 31. 2012. At least Verizon gets the release dates right for its retirees.
- Mobile Posse reports that nearly 60% of consumers listen to music on the go: at home, in the office, on their commute, and at the gym. When it comes to online music services, 35% of consumers choose Pandora as the clear favorite, followed by Rhapsody, Last.fm, Spotify and Slacker.
- According to iGoDigiital 9.73 percent of consumers used a mobile device to make a purchase or visit retailers’ sites during the first hours of Black Friday shopping (4 am EST – 12 pm EST).
