Verizon Wireless Digital Paper-Free Receipts in Email & Online

Customers receive an email notification of their transaction, with a link to where they can find receipts posted in their My Verizon accounts.

The newly redesigned “My Documents and Receipts” feature is available to all customers now through the My Verizon online account management tool. Other documents, including rebate forms (when applicable), are available also in printable format.

  1. This morning I woke up to my cell phone acting really strange. It wouldn't ring or allow me to call out. I could continue to get messages and voice mail, but when I would connect with my voice mail it would drop the call. My phone is constantly looking for a signal and is in digital mode. Everybody that I have talked to with a Verizon phone is having the same problem. Does anybody know what is going on?
