LG Lucid Release @ Verizon B4 Droid Fighter & Incredible 4G?

If you are wondering what the LG Cayman will be, a leaked Verizon document gives it the name of LG Lucid with details. The release date of could be as Thursday, March 29 or very soon.

The one thing that makes it seem like the LG Lucid is coming very soon is that on eBay someone is selling an LG Lucid display/dummy like they use in stores. The condition is "used" and non-working used for display purposes only with a buy it now price of $25.00.

The LG Lucid is expected to be a more affordable option than the Droid family of smartphones including the highly anticipated Droid Fighter or the other incredible Droid, the Droid Incredible 4G (3) that is expected to be released on the second anniversary of the original Droid Incredible.

The document shows the LC Lucid will have a 4" IPS touchscreen, Android 2.3, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 5MP camera, front facing camera and goes by model number VS840.  Other features include mobile hotspots, 1700mAh battery, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS, 8MP of onboard storage and 11.4mm thick.   It is expected to be reinforced with Gorilla Glass.

This year, Verizon Wireless is expected to launch all smartphones with 4G LTE connectivity. The Droid name comes and goes. Recent deals show the Droid Charge to be now named the "Charge."
