Samsung Galaxy S III (SGS3) Release News?

While Samsung Galaxy S II owners await updates to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the are new rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S III (3).

There has been a Tweet stating that the Samsung Galaxy S III is finalized and will go into production. It claims that preoprders from carriers and retailers is the highest in Samsung Galaxy history. There is also an implication of something about it being ceramic, the case perhaps?

Samsung was reportedly going introduce the Samsung Galaxy S III at Mobile World Congress an then at another event. Now the official word is that an announcement will be made in the first half of this year.

Suspected specs of the Samsung Galaxy S III include super slim, Super AMOLED, 8MP-12MP camera with HD recording , LTE and HDMI output. It may be thinner than the Droid RAZR. The touchscreen may be as large as 4.6".

Samsung in 2011 was the top smarpthone maker, selling one million smartphones more than iPhones. We can expect many more innovations this year. The Samsung Galaxy SII was the named the top best smartphone of 2011 by numerous reviewers.

Previous rumors suggested a 3d aspect.

The only thing we know for sure that about the Samsung Galaxy S III is that will have to better specs than its predecessor because Samsung wants customers to buy more smartphones.
