8AM Call Time for HTC EVO 4G LTE

Sprint announced that the HTC EVO 4G LTE will go on sale at 8:00 AM this Friday in Sprint stores.

The HTC EVO 4G LTE is a member of the HTC One family and almost the same as the HTC One X, packed with Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4.0.  An added bonus is that this model will have LTE access when it becomes available.

Early reviewers have noticed that the IPS  touchscreen is better than the HTC One X SuperLCD because it can viewed in direct sunlight.  One reviewer noted that the HTC EVO 4G LTE has great battery life on the 3G network which may change when accessing the LTE network.

HTC EVO 4G features include 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, integrated with HTC Sense 4, 4.7-inch HD touchscreen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2000mAh battery, 16GB storage onboard, 8MP camera, front-facing camera, mobile hotspots, Wi-Fi and a kickstand inside the aluminum/plastic case.

It is priced at $199.99 with a contract.
