The teaser from Asus for a combination of Windows and Android is in fact, a dual-boot 18" Windows PC called the Asus Transformer AiO.
Asus claims, they took the blueprint for what an AiO PC should be like " because ASUS just took that blueprint and threw it out the window."
They call it part tablet and part All-in-One PC that can switch between android and Windows operating systems. The 18" screen detaches and turns into a tablet.
It also converts into an Android-based 18.4” tablet for the home with a press of a button. In addition, users can instantly access their data through the Android operating system without having to turn on the PC.
Asus will reveal more details in the coming weeks. All its Windows PC products will gain Adroidness.
For Windows users who like to play Android games, Asus will preinstall BlueStacks software. BlueStacks, makers of “App Player for PC” software, will run Android apps on asus@vibe, a one-stop entertainment platform that is preinstalled on all Asus products.
