Kyocera HydroBoost claims it will make a splash this summer with the Kyocera Hydro, a waterproof Android smartphone for $129.99 without a contract.

The  Kyocera Hydro is considered "oops proof" and can withstand sprayed water like rain and being submerged in three feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.
