There is a lot going on in the Droid world lately. Although a Droid did not make it to the Olympics like the Samsung Galaxy S III or Note, there are more Droid models a comin', discounts and updates in the works.
Droid RAZR HD Release Date Soon?
The next Droid in the Droid lineage is expected to be the Droid RAZR HD. The Droid RAZR HD will reportedly be the premier Droid model over the Droid RAZR and Droid Incredible 4G LTE. suspected specs include and HD 720p touchscreen, Kevlar coated black/gray back, dual core processor, big battery, NFC(Google Beam), world access, and most likely Android 4.1. Some speculate that because Google now owns Motorola the Droid RAZR HD should come with the latest version of Android.
A recent FCC filing showed the Droid RAZR HD to have 2530mAh battery which should pack a lot of juice. Other features should be an 8MP camera, at least 1GB RAM and some sort of Motoblur social media software.
Those volved in the Motorola forums have noticed that Droid four owners have been invited to test a software update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Previously, Motorola promised an update for the Droid 4 in the third quarter of this year which is just around the corner.
Speaking of updates the Motorola Xoom 4G LTE which should have been a Droid may be getting an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean soon.

earlier this year, there was a rumor that there would be a Droid Fighter.
