Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 2(II) Updated with Multi Window View

Sprint's Note II is receiveing an Android update  (L900VPALJC) that adds multiview and fixes some problems.  The update is being pushed out over time.

The update adds:

• GPS lock settings can be defaulted by corporate device administrators
• Emails go to Outbox when in no coverage area or airplane mode.
• Text message notification will beep while in a voice call
• -Multi Window View feature to run two apps on the screen at the same time.

Here's how Multi Window View works:

• This new feature allows you to split the Home Screen and view/run two applications at once.
• Multi Window View can be managed by selecting Home > Menu > Settings > Display > select Multi Window or by pressing and holding the Back Key on the device.
• You should then be able to select the Multi Window View application tray from the tab on the side of the Home Screen.

Sprint advised that it may take up to five days before it hits your particular unit.  Sprint customers in Los Angeles are rejoicing because they are noticing some LTE coverage on major corridors.
