What about all the data I'm using because I don't have electrity? They should give us some data love.
Wow verizon... you won't charge for overages on text and voice...most of us with smartphones have unlimited text and voice anyway! It's the data usage overage you should credit as our smartphones were the only life line many of us have had to access news, weather, damage and transportation for the past week!!!! Oh, and 98.1% service restored....no way! Lower Manhattan service is barely usable, as is the south shore of Nassau County, and Carle Place on Long Island too. A text sent to me yesterday at 1:20pm from Manhattan showed up at 8:30am this morning where I'm staying in Brooklyn. As usual Verizon, your customer service is a joke.
What about the folks in CT. We're also dealing with the effects of the storm. No power, no place to live.
