First off, the offer is not valid for iPhone, iPhones are seldom discounted unless you buy a refurbished model. Therefore if you are looking for an iPhone deal, hold off your trip to Walmart.
The fine print also states "gift card only good upon phone activation with a two-year contract. Offer good from November 25, 2012 to December 1, 2012."
The offer is for in-store purchases only. Therefore we suggest that you also figure in the amount of time you will spend driving and parking to get to Walmart store. For example, one of our readers commented that there are several Walmart stores within 15 minute of his location. In some parts of Los Angeles, you'll have to drive up to an hour in traffic to get to a Walmart.
Also, you may want to check with the store to see if the model you want is in stock and eligible for the offer.

better read the fine print if buying from wirefly. They require you keep same data plan for six months. If you need flexibility in your data plan, better to pay more in store than get a 200 or 400$ charge back on your credit card. =D happy holidays!
