Since today is Friday there are some stories that are too-short-to-report.
- One 4 April - the HTC One release date has been officially delayed to the "before the end of April." It is still schedule to launch in Europe and Asia next week. HTC statement ends "We appreciate our customers' patience, and believe that once they have the phone in their hands they will agree that it has been worth the wait."
- JG Out at FCC - FCC Chair Julius Genachowski will leave his job at the end of its term.
- LTE Grows - Infonetics Research reported that LTE smartphone shipments grew 151 percent in the fourth quarter of 2012.
- Google Babble Babble - it was rumored that Google will launch a new service that combines Google Hangouts and Chat which turned out to be complete bogus babble.
- Watch for LG Watches - besides Apple, Google and Samsung, LG is reportedly working on a smart watch too.
- Eric Schmidt BlackBerry Listed - at the Activate Conference, Google's Eric Schmidt said that he continues to use a BlackBerry because he likes the keyboard.
- Samsung Galaxy 4 Mini Me - leaked photos of what is being call the Samsung Galaxy S 4 mini with 4.3" screen which is still bigger than the iPhone 5.
- T-Mobile LTE Lives - T-Mobile's new LTE has been tested by OpenSignal users in Denver, Las Vegas, Kansas City, New York, New Orleans, San Diego, San Jose and Seattle. Download speeds are as high as 25Mbps and uploads as high as 8Mbps.
- Verizon Texts 2 PC/Tablets - Verizon's new app Verizon Messages that stores text messages for 90 days and they can also be sent to your PC, or their Android or iOS tablet. It counts as a text message.
