Samsung Galaxy S 4 and iPhone 5 Buy Signs, BlackBerry Bye-Bye

Canaccord Analytst Mike Walkley's latest research note still believes in the power of the iPhone 5, likes Samsung and suggests that BlackBerry shareholders get out of Dodge.

He stated that "a very strong initial Samsung Galaxy S4 global launch with Samsung  supplying the Galaxy S4 to over 300 carriers in 155 countries the next several weeks” may help Samsung “extending its leading smartphone market share” in the second quarter, after ending Q1 with 33% share.

Galaxy S4 & iPhone 5BlackBerry smartphones, however are not doing as well. Surveys showed a strong demand at first for the the BlackBerry Q10 but sales of the Z10 are slowing.

Other analysts also support good news from Apple and its iconic iPhone for now.

  1. I watched someone struggle with a Galaxy S4 today. simply trying to open an email and zoom into a pic was a painful process. The phone finally froze when someone tried to call him at the same time. I've heard the thing freexes and overheats contantly. He had switched from an iPhone and whished he hadn't, I suggested he return it and get a z10, much more stable than S4, much more funcitonal/smooth than iphone

  2. The Nokia Lumia is a better choice. Better screen, camera, apps, nav, maps, microphones, touchpanel and OS..

Blackberry are a sinking ship. Windows Phone is outselling them by nearly 6:1 in the US according to the latest Kantar sales figures...

  3. s4 is the best smartphone available now
blackberry and apple will lose a ton of money cause of this thing so i understand the bashing...good luck with your ancient old phones lol
