ATT LTE 4 GS 4, LG Optimus Pro G & HTC One

New AT&T LTE markets were launched this week.  Data speeds can be ten times faster than 3G and faster than some DSL connections, especially if you have a new model smartphone with one the faster quad-core processors.

The top smartphones for the fastest LTE are the HTC One, LG Optimus G Pro  and Samsung Galaxy S 4, other devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S III, still offer great data speeds.

AT&T LTE is deployed twenty-two metros  and expanded 10 existing markets. AT&T 4G LTE which is Los Angeles, is extremely fast when we tested it. Is now available in:

  • Blytheville, Arkansas,
  • Spokane , Washington.
  • Olympia, Washington,
  • Heber, Utah.
  • Williamsport , Pennsylvania.
  • Vineland , New Jersey.
  • Wooster, Ohio.
  • Farmington, New Mexico
  • Miami, Oklahoma.
  • Muskegon, Michigan
  • Fort Wayne, Indiana.
  • Seymour, Indiana.
  • Columbus, Indiana.
  • Pocatello, Idaho.
  • Idaho Falls/Blackfoot, Idaho.
  • Clewiston, Florida.
  • Colorado Springs, Colorado.
  • Forrest City , Arkansas.
  • Batesville, Arkansas.

The total number of AT&T markets to now 261 for LTE. The 4G LTE deployment is ahead of schedule, covering more than 200 million people.

AT&T network’s radio components are placed close to the antenna at most cell sites, instead of inside the base station, which helps minimize power loss between the base station and antenna and, in turn, improves the performance of our 4G LTE network. The network also is designed with its core elements distributed across the country, which helps reduce latency, or the delay when using the Internet, because your request isn’t traveling as far.
