Well the Lumia 521 is back in stock and HSN has slashed the price down to $99.99 with no contract required and free shipping. The Nokia Lumia 521 is being called the cheapest phone with the most features for the best price comparable to $300 phones.

from Walmart directly with free store pickup for $129.88 without a contract. It comes in purple, black, pink and blue from HSN. It looks like the Lumia 521 is available in white from Walmart.
The Lumia 521 can be used with Walmart's exclusive $30 a month plan that includes 5GB of HSPA+ data, unlimited text and 100 voice minutes ( overage minutes 10 cents each.)
The Nokia Lumia features a 4"screen 1GHZ dual-core processor, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 4" touchscreen, 5MP camera and free Nokia Music. When compared to the iPhone 5 on the T-Mobile network the Lumia 521. Some iPhone 4 owners are ditching their iPhones for the Lumia 521.
