Too Short to Report Wireless NewsHere is news that is too short to report surrounding the BlackBerry buy-out, iPhone 5S sales, Moto X. LG Vu 3 and Galaxy Note 3.

BlackBerry Off the Market: BlackBerry has confirmed that shareholders will be paid $9.00 per share by a consortium led by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, subject to due diligence. The transaction is valued at $4.7 million. The consortium  is seeking financing from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BMO Capital Markets to take the company private.

iPhone 5S Sold 4 $10K- Someone on eBay sold a gold unlocked iPhone 5S for $10,000 with an additional $50.01 for shipping from Bridgeport, CT. Meanwhile there's a lot of ten  Gray iPhone 5S models for a buy it now price of $10,000. Some gold models are showing prices lower than $3,000.

Over 9 Million Sold - Apple claims it has broken its own record and sold nine million iPhone 5c/5S in the first three days.  Demand for iPhone 5S exceeded supplies.  Apple sold out of its initial iPhone 5S supply while stores will continue to receive regular shipments. The company is working to build more. 200 million iOS devices are now using iOS 7.

Moto X Update: The T-Mobile Moto X is getting an update that fixes camera/audio problems, increases Touch Control accuracy and glitch fixes.  Other carriers should be sending out updates soon.

Sprint Galaxy Note 3 & Gear Geared  10/4 - The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 ($349.99) and Galaxy Gear ($299) will go sale from Sprint on October 4. Those who switch carriers may be eligible for $100 off.

LG Vu 3 Viewed - LG announced the LG Vu 3 2with a 5.2" 1280x960 touchscreen, 2.26 GHz quad-core processor, 13MP camera, front camera, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It will go on sale in Korea on September 27.  There is not word yet if it will every be released in the U.S.  It looks more the original Galaxy Note because it has a 4:3 ratios and a stylus.
