The speed at which the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was announced and became available for preorder took place within a few days. Orchestrated, by Samsung, no doubt so that Samsung would be in the spotlight for at least a few days before the next iPhone is announced.
As of last night, all we knew was that the Verizon Galaxy Note 3 would start preorders today.AT&T started taking preorders, today for black or white color options. At AT&T the 32GB model,costs $299.99 with a contract or $35 a month using the AT&T Next or $724.99 for full price. Orders will begin shipping on October 1, therefore an October 2 release date is not unreasonable.
On T-Mobile, the Galaxy Note 3 costs $199 down, with 24 monthly payments of $21 which totals $703 total for the Note 3. T-Mobile will begin offering the Galaxy Note 3 on October 2.
U.S. Cellular reported that it will also sell the Galaxy Note 3 in black in October, no release dates have been announced, yet.
The Galaxy Note 3 features a 5.7-inch full HD Super AMOLED display, 3,200mAh battery, 13 MP camera, 3GB RAM with a new soft-textured back covers in black, white, pink or wild orange. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, and running Android 4.3.
It comes with tons of Samsung S Pen software, specialized camera functions and will work with the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch.
