Today, there will little drips and drabs of news that was just too short to report, regarding Sprint's One Up, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Google, Verizon, HTC, AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless.
Sprint One Ups AT&T, Verizon & T-Mobile? - Sprint is expected to launch an earlier upgrade program on September 21 similar to T-Mobile's Jump!, AT&T's Next and Verizon's Edge. This program called One Up, paying for the phone in 24 payments, after a year the phone can be traded-in for a new one. On top of that, the $80 a month unlimited voice, texting and data plan will be reduced to $65 a month with the plan. Customers have to be on contract for year to be eligible.
T-Mobile iPhone Discounts - In anticipation of the iPhone 5c and 5S release on September 18, T-Mobile has reduced the price of the iPhone 5, iPhone 4 and 4S. The price of the 16GB iPhone 5 is down to $549 ($100 less). The iPhone 4s is $450 and iPhone 4 is $400 which is no way as low as the Virgin Mobile best deal ever for an iPhone $199 without a contract for the iPhone 4.
Note 3 @ T-Mobile - Preorders will start on September 18 for the Galaxy Note 3 on T-Mobile. Sales online and in-stores will be begin October 2 along with the Galaxy Gear smartwatch. The Note 2 cost is $199.99 down with 24 equal monthly device payments of $21[1] (plus taxes and fees) with T-Mobile’s Simple Choice Plan.
Gear Up for the Galaxy Gear - The Galaxy Gear smartwatch will go on preorder from AT&T, tomorrow, September 17, two-weeks before its October 2, release date.
VZW TMP - Verizon Wireless launched Total Mobile Protection that includes support, security and includes insurance, extends the manufacturer’s warranty, and offers next day device replacement. For $10 a month.
Big Lumia Phablet -The Nokia Lumia 1520 will reportedly be phabulous with a 6" screen and a huge 3400mAh battery, 20MP camera and quad-core processor. It reportedly will be announced October 2 for AT&T and/or Verizon. The Nokia Lumia 1520 is expected to go on sale at AT&T in November.
HTC Harmonizes -The HTC Harmony, a Windows Phone will reportedly have 4.7" touchscreen, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and run Windows 8. Other features include BoomSound, Beats Audio and Ultrapixel camera. It's apparently an HTC One with Windows OS.
HTC One Golden Opp- The HTC One has been seen in a gold color.
HTC One Max Maximized - A new leak showed a the HTC One with a 5.9" screen (1920x1080 pixels), quad-core 1.7GHz processor, 5MP camera, 3,300mAh battery and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The logo on the back shows Beats audio. The design looks like the HTC One, but larger.
Txt-2-TV - AT&T has announced its TV Notes service to send text messages to U-Verse TV screens such as "Do your homework. Parents can also Activate TV parental controls and block the TV so it can’t be viewed without entering the 4-digit Parental Control code you set.

Chrome Update - Google Chrome has updated its browser for iPhone and iPad iOS with an improved back button, It also lets users use of pronouns in voice search, so users can ask more direct questions such as "Who is the...?
AT&T Buys Element Mobile- AT&T will replace Element Mobile's CDMA network with HSPA service from AT&T. The new company will be called Lake Mobility owned 59.9% by AT&T. According to FCC documents, "AT&T will offer each postpaid subscriber a HSPA+ handset comparable to their existing CDMA handset without requiring a contract extension."
Google Goes Bump - Google has acquired Bump Technologies the app that lets you tap phones to share contact information or more. The purchase includes patents and the geo-based photo sharing app Flock.
