Samsung in total has won 258 CES awards.
According to Localytics the Samsung Galaxy S III makes up 15.1% of the Android smartphone market with Samsung taking 63.3% share of all Android smartphones.

A new trial between Samsung and Apple has started after a previous judge awarded Apple $1.05 billion in damages. The new trial is to calculate damages for patent infringement of the Galaxy Prevail, Gem, Indulge, Infuse 4G, Galaxy SII AT&T, Captivate, Continuum, Droid Charge, Epic 4G, Exhibit 4G, Galaxy Tab, Nexus S 4G, Replenish, and Transform.
There is also another round of trials in 2014 for more devices including the Galaxy Nexus, Samsung Galaxy S III and Note II. Samsung has filed a counter claim against the iPhone 5.
