Two popular apps will be shutting down at the end of the month, Bump and Flock. Bump and Flock allowed for the sharing of photos or contact information by bumping iPhones or smartphones to each other. It also worked for transferring files to computers.
Bump users can export their data until January 31 after that all the data will be dumped (destroyed) and the apps will stop working. Follow instructions from the apps to export data and photos.
Bump was acquired by Google, last year. We suspect that Bump features will be integrated into future Google products.
