Okay, so Walmart sells the Nexus  7 (with a free cover), which leads many to wonder the who what when and where of the Nexus 4 at Walmart.

In you are buying a friend or family member a smartphone, tablet or other device over the holidays from Verizon Wireless, you can rest assured that your gift recipient can exchange or return it after the holidays.

Verizon Wireless spokeswoman Brenda Raney has confirmed that "Purchases made between November 22 and December 25, 2012 may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2013."

Therefore if you buy a Droid DNA, Samsung Galaxy S III or Droid RAZR MAXX HD and your recipient doesn't like it, it can be exchanged for another device or returned through January 15, 2013.
