The new ownership relationship with Google by Motorloa should mean faster updates and that's what the Motorola Twitter feed is showing.
Motorola has already comitted to updating some smartphones and tablets to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).
According to the Motorola on Twitter, "We'll be releasing devices for ICS 6 weeks after Google releases the final version of it."
Motorola also Tweeted, "DROID RAZR, BIONIC & XOOM will get ICS. Within 6 weeks of Google's public push, we'll confirm other devices to get ICS."
