Motorola Driod RAZR, Droid Bionic & Xoom Updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich 6WKs

The new ownership relationship with Google by Motorloa should mean faster updates and that's what the Motorola Twitter feed is showing.

Motorola has already comitted to updating some smartphones and tablets to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).

According to the Motorola on Twitter, "We'll be releasing devices for ICS 6 weeks after Google releases the final version of it."

Motorola also Tweeted, "DROID RAZR, BIONIC & XOOM will get ICS. Within 6 weeks of Google's public push, we'll confirm other devices to get ICS."

Verizon 4G LTE for Droid Bionic, Droid RAZR, Samsung Galaxy Nexus Come to 22 New Cities

Verizon Wireless 4G LTE is deployed in twenty-two new cities and expanded the network in four cities today.

Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE network is alive in:

Moto Droid RAZR Thinnest LTE Droid, Best Competitor to Samsung Galaxy Nexus Prime 'til HTC Vigor?

Today is a big announcement day for fast big Android smartphones. Later tonightthere is supposed to be a Samsung Galaxy Nexus announcement and today in New York City, Sanjay Jha reveal the new Motorola RAZR with the highest specs from a Motorola Android smartphone so far. Preorders from Verizon Wireless start on October 27 for $299. The headline calls it "RAZR Sharp."

It will be one of the best competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus Prime until the HTC Vigor comes out. The most unique features of the Droid RAZR include wireless computer media streaming, specialized docks and that it is the thinnest 4G LTE smartphone thus far.

Motorola Droid RAZR(Spyder or HD) Reveal Revealed & Disappeared

Motorola on its product reveal website showed and then removed a Droid RAZR photo. The smarpthone could also be called the Motorola Droid Spyder or HD, however the name RAZR is the most suspected name right now.

Without using the unlocking code, some bloggers were able to access the full image of the phone showing the Droid X hump on the top of the back, camera, front-facing camera and a touchscreen with the Droid eye. Access to the photo is now denied.

Motorola Droid RAZR Spyder, Xoom 2, Droid HD, Xoom Media Ed. to Launch 10/18 to Beat Nexus Droid Prime?

While Samsung and Google have delayed their big supposedly Nexus Droid Prime event, Motorola and Verizon will be unveiling a new "faster, smarter, stronger... next big innovation" products on October 18 in New York City.

The photo was labeled "spyderlaunchinvite" so some are suspecting that they will introduce the Motorola Spyder which could also be named the Droid RAZR, Droid HD or Droid "------" because the style of the video is Droid all the way with the iconic Droid red-eye and style (video follows). Whatever it is, it will be a cousin to the uber-popular Droid Bionic.

Some suspect that they may introduce the Xoom 2, Xoom Media Edition and Droid HD. The video says "Four reasons to get excited," which makes some belief that four devices will be launched.
