The world of thin smartphones is growing with the Huawei Ascend P6 6.18mm thin which is thinner than the 7.6mm thick iPhone 5. The Ascend P6 is expected to launched in Europe in the summer and other places throughout the year.

The Huaweiin Ascend P6 features a 4.7" LCD screen (1280x720) with glove touch, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 8GB of storage, and a microSD slot. It also has an 8MP camera with F/2.0 BSI lens with a 4cm macro.  The front camera is 5MP and sound is Dolby Digital Plus.

It looks like Apple took its cue from the features that the Samsung Galaxy S III, Note II and 4, with its refresh of iOS 7. The Huawei Ascend Mate has a 6.1 touchscreen  to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Features include 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 8MP camera and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, global roaming. with a Huawei Emotion added-on user interface.
