The rollout of Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, has started with Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ devices which means the unlocked versions not Verizon Wireless and Sprint models of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

New features of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean include voice actions, expanded notifications, larger Android Beam files, resizable widgets, tablets look more like Android smartphones and a better keyboard.

The only new product to ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is the Nexus 7 which is shipping today for preorderers while those who preordered at GameStop were able to pick them up today, causing some customers who paid for shipping to be disgruntled.
