Samsung  announced the Samsung Galaxy S 4 Active designed for the active and rugged lifestyles. It's a Samsung Galaxy S 4 with protection against, dust, drop and water, well sort of. It is expected to cost about the same with some specs slightly downgraded.

It was recently reported that the GS 4 Active in Russia will be priced the same as the original GS 4. This lead many to believe the Active will be priced in the United States the same price as the original GS 4.

G S 4 (Galaxy S 4) vs HTC One AT&T LTE Speed Test

It's a mystery to some why LTE data speeds vary greatly at different times and locations, however, our testing shows great LTE  data speeds with Samsung Galaxy S 4 and HTC One.

Previously, the champion was the LG Optimus Pro G, which we think is faster due to the lower overhead software. The HTC One we are testing has BlinkFeed running.
