Samsung Galaxy Bests iPhone in Profits & Sales

Today analysts announced smartphone sales, profits and figures.  Samsung is a big profit winner and sells more double the amount of phones than Apple's iPhone.

Strategy Analytics reported Samsung with $5.2 billion in profits is the world's most profitable mobile phone maker in Q2, Apple is number two ($4.6 billion). Apple was the most profitable for almost four years, from Q3 2009 to Q1 2013.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Updates AT&T, Sprint & Verizon

Nokia will be making an announcement in New York on July 11 for what many expect to be the announcement of the Nokia Lumia 909 (formerly called 1020 or EOS) with a 41MP camera. Some contend that it will beckon the comeback of  Nokia. However, when Amplified Analytics looked into customer satisfaction and engagement with the Nokia Lumia 928 from the past few months, Nokia already showed a big rebound.

Nokia Lumia 928 buyers are shown to be extremely satisfied with their phones to the point that they are engaging in social media with high scores from Amplified Analytics.

Samsung GS 4 (Galaxy S) vs iPhone 5 Sales Almost as Fast

Samsung has sold 20 million Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones all over the world according to a Korean news service. Samsung has not officially confirmed the report to news sources in the United States.  The Samsung Galaxy S 4 is not selling as fast as the iPhone 5, however it is the fastest selling Android smartphone, to date.

This report comes one month after Samsung announced that it had shipped 10 million GS 4 and two months from its first release in April.  It is selling 1.7 times faster than the Galaxy S III sold, last year. Last year, there were 20 million  Samsung Galaxy shipped in 100 days.

 Samsung previously reported that sales were not declining.
