The iOS 6.1.3 was supposed to solve and prevent problems now it looks like it is causing problems. The security hole that allowed crooks to access contacts through emergency calling has been fixed, there are reports of battery drain, email,Wi-Fi and other issues.

In time for Easter, there are many Jelly Bean updates rolling out this week. The MetroPCS Samsung Galaxy S III is getting updated too, along with the HTC One X and Droid RAZR/MAXX. Your Samsung Galaxy S III must be connected to Wi-Fi for the update to work.
