Verizon Wireless has finally given tablet owners a better reason to join the More Everything Plan. Since Verizon smartphones can be used as Wi-Fi hotspots, it was cheaper to use Wi-Fi on a tablet than pay an extra $10 for a tablet on the plan. Now a adding a tablet to a plans brings 1GB of data.
Verizon Wireless lowered the price of the More Everything Edge smartphone 10GB plans that matches the price drop AT&T of made earlier this year with its Mobile Share Value plans.
The price for four smartphones using a 10GB data is now $160 with the More Everything Edge Verizon Wireless plans.
While T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint have been discounting their services since the un-carrier war started, Verizon has kept its prices close to original. However, the price wars are heating up, Verizon is now offering some new deals that make Verizon Wireless service or some smartphones cheaper.
Verizon which formerly did not allow prepaid users to roll-over unused data, announced the new Allset prepaid pricing plans with lower prices but less data and a new rollover bridge option for ninety days.
The plans start at $35 for basic phone and $45 for smartphones with 500MB of data both with unlimited voice and texting. Addition data is added via bridge data
