iPhone BlackBerry Apps Updates 2Day: Android Gets buzzd Too

buzzd, has joined the Android invasion with its new Android service. If you want to find out socializing places are "buzzed' and busied by others this is the app for you. The recent upgrade must also be buzzd because when we tried to get it, there was server error.  We are wondering if anyone buzzd that... Buzzd is still showing that is in Beta.


The buzzd
network compiles information from f over a half-million
users, Twitter, and other sources to provide ctivity updates at venues across the United
States and Canada.

Android app is stacked with all popular features of its iPhone
counterpart including the "buzzdmeter" - a real-time measure of
activity at popular bars, restaurants and nightclubs in your city.   With the buzzdmeter, users can see
the places with the most real-time activity (the buzz) in their city,
neighborhood, and even activity within walking distance or the block
they're standing on.

They have also launched ew versions of its iPhone, Blackberry, mobile and PC web versions. The updates enable Facebook and Twitter integration.


buzzd now offers:

-The ability to socialize: see what others have "buzzd" in the feed section, view photos and profiles.

-Add/Invite your friends from any address book including Gmail, Hotmail, AOL and others so you can easily share your buzzes

-Sort the "buzzdmeter" by category of places - bars/clubs, restaurants, other venues

-Post the buzz at a venue and seamlessly update your Facebook & Twitter status

-Rate a venue with a thumbs up/down

-See who's at your favorite spots and be in the know before you go.
