People have been leaving prototypes in bars and now in in a gym in Washington D.C. with information bought or brought to us by Gizmodo about the Droid Shadow.
The prototype Motorola Shadow also known as the Droid Shadow was supposed to have been found left in a Verizon corporate
gym.
Speculated specs, confirmed by that unnamed source are a 4.3? WVGA touchscreen, 8 megapixel
camera (720p video recording), 16GB of internal memory, 1GHz Snapdragao (or
Whoever lost the Droid Shadow hopefully wiped off the gym
equipment but did remotedly wipe off the data of the smartphone. Before the data-wipe, the finder saw a text message confirming that the Droid Shadow
was “unreleased”.
Other unnamed sources suggested the Droid Shadow would have a TI
OMAP3630 processor approaching 800MHz and a PowerVR SGX530 GPU capable of 1080p output.
The Droid Shadow is not expected to appear on Ground Hog’s Day,
but in June or July at Verizon.
We don’t know the exact specs of the Droid Shadow, beyond of
shadow of a doubt until we get more official announcements from Verizon
and Motorola.
