MiMedia launched a large free 7GB cloud access and backup plan today, which is about a thousand songs, fourteen-hundred photos, one hundred and forty videos or over seven thousand documents. Files can be accessed via the web or a web-enabled smartphone.
Users can share photos and videos via private email links, create and
upload new albums directly to Facebook, or post to any of 16 social
networks, including Twitter and LinkedIn.
MiMedia files are organized so that users can listen to their favorite playlists, watch videos, view photo galleries, and search for documents from a single online portal.
For larger collections of music, videos and photos, MiMedia offers 250GB for $9.99 per month or $99 per year and offers plans up to 1TB. Subscribers of the 250+ GB plans have the option of backing up their media with the Shuttle Drive or a plug-and-play USB hard drive that drastically accelerates the initial upload.
