No release date or price has been released, yet. We suspect that the Motorola Atrix 2 will be out in time for the holidays with a competitve price tag from $100 -$200 with a contract. The Motorola Atrix 2 is part of the AT&T Android invasion today.
Why do you say "The Motorola Atrix 2 has twice the processing power of the Motorola Atrix"? They both appear to have dual core CPUs of the same rated speed. The original ATRIX has 16GB of internal memory instead of 8GB. What do you base this claim on? The Motoroal press release states that it is twice as powerful as "single core" phones.
You would have to ask the Motorola PR team about that. We quoted a press release. Once the Motorola Atrix comes out, we can test to see how speedy it really is.
