Nexus (Droid) Prime Prime Spec Suspects in Video & Photo

Nexus Prime GoogleA new video and photo of the next Nexus the Samsung Nexus Prime that has also been called the Droid Prime have appeared on the web. The new Nexus will most definitely run Android Ice Cream Sandwich identified as Android 4 and it is one powerful Super AMOLED touchscreen smartphone.

A video  shows a huge screen 1750mAh battery, new "pure Google" theme and a new lock screen. The video follows.

Suspected specs of the Droid Prime are a 4.65" (1280x720) Super AMOLED curved touchscreen, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 5MP camera, front camera, LTE, HSPA, Wi-Fi, NFC, 1750mAh battery, 9.9 mm-thin and Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich.

We know for sure that the Nexus Prime will have Wi-Fi  and Bluetooth because it has been certified.

Here's a summary of what has been reported to be included in the update to Ice Cream Sandwich:

      • New blue theme.
      • Camera has built in panorama mode.
      • Redesigned notifications bar.
      • Will launch with Google Shopper and NFC enabled.
      • Gmail is redesigned.
      • May have  tray with multiple apps in it.
      • Google search bar embedded on very top like in Honeycomb.
      • Apps/Widgets launcher a lot like Honeycomb.

 Previously it was suspected that the release date for the Nexus Prime would be October 27. We learned however, today that Samsung cancelled its announcement for its Google episode.
