Apple CEO Steve Jobs, creator of the iPhone and iPad died today. Many discovered the news, the day after the iPhone 4S launch via a notice from Apple's Board of Directors

Jobs changed the face of cell phones, computers and the technology leaving us with may new tools for living better.
Jobs struggled with pancreatic cancer for many years. He received a liver transplant in 2009 . He stepped down from Apple this January. He founded Apple when he was 21 years old in a garage with Steve Wozniak.
When he last heard from Jobs in January he was quoted to have said,
"I have asked Tim Cook to be responsible for all of Apple's day-to-day operations. I have great confidence that Tim and the rest of the executive management team will do a terrific job executing the exciting plans we have in place for 2011.
I love Apple so much and hope to be back as soon as I can. In the meantime, my family and I would deeply appreciate respect for our privacy.
