The Palo Alto Int'l Film Festival (PAIFF) and Kaazing developed the first INSTANT FILM FEEDBACK mobile application, based on Kaazing’s platform for real-time, mobile and web communications.
INSTANT FILM FEEDBACK makes it easy to get instant survey feedback in surveys through mobile apps and the web. During the film festival movie-goers can rate movies in real-time on any mobile device, from the comfort of their seats. This new technology is faster, reduces latency and uses less battery power on mobile devices. Since it is HTML 5-based it is compatible across many devices.
Voters vote on the movies they ee, voting is displayed in real time on the big screen, on the phones and on the festival website. There are interactive surveys and quizzes that relate the festival. PAIFF also provides free Wi-Fi for the festival goers.
