Verizon Wireless has dropped the price of its plans starting April 17. It is for customers who either bring their own Verizon Wireless compatible telephone or those who are not on a contract.
Starting this Thursday, April 17, customers who are on month-to-month plans can switch to the More Everything Plan and buy data up to 8 GB or less of data will get a smartphone for $30 per month while those who buy 10 GB of data with a smartphone pay $15 a month saving $25 per month.
Also those who bring a compatible Verizon of smartphone that they already own to a More Everything Plan will pay $30 or $15 per month per smartphone after buying data.
The discount is also available for those on the Verizon Edge plan.
Verizon recently began offering a free 1 GB of data for those who add a tablet for $10 per month to the More Everything Plan.
More Everything plans include unlimited talk and text, unlimited international messaging, 25 GB of cloud storage per line,
The deal does not include subsidized smartphones such as Buy 1 for $199.99 Get 1 Free Galaxy S5 deal from Verizon Wireless.
