Verizon Wireless commercials usually are dark and black with robots and people that look like aliens, especially for its Droid line of super smartphones. However, with the new female-focused HTC Rhyme, we see a different look and style with a white background and a goddess with many hands.
The marketing for the HTC Rhyme is a whole different style and these promises:

- I will let nothing or no one go unnoticed.

- I am the new Rhyme from HTC, only from Verizon.
Although the Droid Bionic is currently the latest fasted 4G LTE Verizon smartphone and the HTC ThunderBolt is the most popular, the HTC Rhyme offers rhyme and reason for style, color and mystique over the other Verizon smartphones.
The HTC Rhyme excels at fashion accessories including a desktop dock with speakers, no-tangle wired headset, and LED charm. Optional accessories are a color-coordinated Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth car speaker and armband.
The charm hangs outside a handbag and lights up when calls are received. The tethered cord helps owner find the HTC Rhyme in a purse.
HTC Sense has been updated with screen widgets to show the latest messages. The camera app works better in low-light places. Of course the wall paper and background images are prettier. There the HTC Family app for group family messages.
The specs of the HTC Rhyme are mid-level but cases while accessories are high-fashion. The HTC Rhyme has Android 2.3, 1GHz processor, 3.7"touchscreen, 5MP camera, VGA front-facing camera, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It is slim, light and sharp.
The HTC Rhyme with included accessories sells for $199 with a contract. Verizon is still running the $100 or more trade-in deal in which new customers who trade in any kind of phone can get at least a $100 gift(more if the trade-in value is higher) with the Verizon online exclusive trade-in deal while current Verizon customers can only trade-in a basic phone for the $100 gift card.
