Verizon 4G LTE data really drains batteries.  Many Samsung Galaxy Nexus owners buy longer life batteries or resort to battery saving tricks.  The DROID RAZR MAXX is a Droid RAZR with extended life battery claimed to be "the longest battery life of any smartphone."

The original DROID RAZR received great reviews, was number two in the top best smartphones of 2011 and number one  rated on the Verizon Wireless network.

The DROID RAZR MAXX 's battery allows for phone calls for over 21 hours straight on a single charge. Motorola claims that the on a single charge, DROID RAZR MAXX by Motorola lasts more than twice as long  as the leading competitor with a 3300mAh battery.
