Moto Droid RAZR/MAXX, Xoom, Atrix, Bionic ICS Update Release Dates Updated

Motorola has updated its Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update resource page expected time frame and what will not be updated.

Some devices that were previously under consideration such as the Droid X2 will not be updated to ICS.

All the previously announced products from Verizon Wireless remain on the list with some showing a Q2 release which means we will hopefully see those updates before the end of June.

The most recent models to receive the updates will be the Droid RAZR, Droid and RAZR MAXX and Motorola Xoom/3G with second quarter "roll-outs."  The Motorola Atrix 4G, Droid Xyboards, Droid Bionic, Droid 4 and Xoom Family Edition will not receive upgrades until Q3 according to the latest update.

• DROID 4 - ICS Upgrade rollout begins in Q3 2012.
