The latest T-Mobile faster-than-an iPhone ad that shows the T-Mobile spokesmodel in her pink and black leather jumpsuit, speeding past AT&T on a her motorcycle. The ad promotes the T-Mobile test drive website which compares T-Mobile's Samsung Galaxy S II, HTC Amaze and HTC One S for common tasks with AT&T, Sprint and Verizon.
These kinds of test are all the rage, Windows Smoke Out tests using easier software access beat out some of the top smartphones of other networks. The Windows Phone tests, however, were done over the same Wi-Fi connection.
To be fair, right now the iPhone 4S across all carriers is only running on 3G networks. 4G & LTE network iPhones may be coming out later this year. The T-Mobile Gal is shown in the video passing the iPhone 4S motorcycle.

As far as the actual phones themselves, we seldom see a discount for the iPhone 4S which is priced at $199.99 for 16GB models across carriers while we were able to find the best prices for the T-Mobile smartphones for less than $199.
