  1. Great bullet point list of the differences. I would add NFC to the final bullet point listing similar features. I put together a similar list on a Verizon forum and my list included the following other differences.

    * The Droid Razr HD has a micro HDMI, the Galaxy S3 does not.
    * The Galaxy S3 has 1.9 megapixel front facing camera while the Droid Razr HD has a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.
    * The Galaxy S3 has a barometer, the Droid Razr HD does not.
    * The Galaxy S3 has a physical home button and capacitive menu and back buttons, the Droid Razr HD does not have any buttons.

    • Excellent additions! I'm going to add them to list. It was hard had doing a full comparison, because they list their options differently.

Thank you for your help help. I'd be interested to see which smartphone you own and why.

  2. Droids are much more complicated than the iPhone. Apple decides everything for you, which is so much easier. That's whye I like Apples better than those bitter Orange Android devices.

  3. I'm still mad at Moto for not updating my Moto Atrix, you better like the software the Droid HD comes with, it may be year before you get an update.

  4. I'm waiting until Black Friday, I think the price will go down. Or I'll wait 'til January when I have my holiday bonus. I suspect there will also be a new Nexus coming from VZW like they did last year.

  5. I bought a Samsung Smart TV, now I can stream from the SG S3. Once you go to Samsung you can't go back. 🙂

  6. If you use it all day and night, you really need a Moto because of the extra battery juice.

  7. FYI - your "" signs are both "<" signs.

In my opinion the SIII having a physical button is not an advantage. I personally do not see the point of a physical button with touch screens.

  8. I have the Razr MAX and get 2 days battery life with it. I'll never go back to a phone less that 3000ma battery now that I am used to the max. Hoping to be able to UG to the MAX HD, but there isnt much reason to until it gets JB.
