Apple is pushing out an update to fix the lockscreen on most recent model iPhones and iPads called iOS 6.1.3.
The update fixes the lock screen security flaw. There is a security flaw that allows others to access phone contacts and other information from the lock screen by canceling emergency dialing and tapping the power button.
iOS 6.1.3 offers improvements for iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, 5, iPad 2/3/4 and iPod touch 4th gen and later.
Other features include enhancements for maps in Japan.
On February 19, Apple released the iOS 6.1.2 update to fix the Exchange calendar bug.
One January 28, Apple released iOS 6.1 for iPhone 3GS and later(4, 4S 5) , iPad mini, iPad 2, iPad 3rd generation and iPad 4, as well as iPod Touch 4th generation and after. The iOS 6.1 update added LTE in some markets, fixed bugs, added Siri ticket buying as well as other features.
To check for updates Go to Settings > General > Software Update. iOS will automatically check for available updates.
The update should also be available via iTunes.
